We have come along way from years of bondage to positions of leadership! But how did we get here? We had to reject the false identity forced on us, we rejected the stereotype, dark skin is inferior, we rejected status quo and lower living standards, we fought for equal rights and the opportunity to vote. We believed we are more than capable to lead, manage and own businesses. We out-performed & continue to perform in every arena that we focus all strengths, wisdom & passions, regardless if, our professions are accepted or not.
