LOVE HURTS!!!
If a man saved your life wouldn't you be very grateful because you're alive today! And if he died in the process wouldn't you dedicate your life to honor his heroism. Wouldn't you say this is the highest form of LOVE for a person to sacrifice himself for someone else? What if the person was a stranger with no relations or familiarity with you, how would you live knowing your life only matters because of a honorable sacrifice. What would you do if your child's life was in danger, wouldn't you sacrifice your own to save your child. What If you were a soldier, wouldn't you sacrifice yourself to save your company or country.
We, as the people, in the past, present and future have done and will always do heroic actions inspiring generations to admire and follow in their footsteps .
We love inspiring movies and athletes about such acts and adore heroes in our history who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms. But! Are we as a people really showing our gratitude for the sacrifices of others, may it be soldiers, medical personnel, law enforcement or strangers with no names? I tell you LOVE hurts the most when people don't appreciate or show gratitude for sacrifices made for them!
The greatest sacrifice known to all men/women were not made by an ordinary man but the son of God (A part of God) made flesh to restore man (All men) back to a righteous position of empowerment and holiness. Every living human being regardless of color or creed is born spiritually in debt to sin inherited from Adam and Eve because every consequence of sin leads to everlasting death. Although this seems unfair, how unfair was it for a man to sacrifice his flesh for our flesh. A man that was a leader, a teacher to men, women and children, a prophet to the lost and a healer to the sick. A man who demonstrated holiness to a treacherous world in order to give it hope and to show the only way out of the darkness.
He is Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ and imagine his heart break when he see's the world he sacrificed so much for, has gone astray. There's corruption in and outside the church, many don't know or believe the gospel anymore! The rich only want to get richer and most forget where they came from, others escape the hard-knock life of poverty but only to continue the negative lifestyle leading to exposure, shame and sometimes death. And let us not forget, Marriages failing before 8 years or even any desires to get married at all, are diminishing!
The generation who fought through, slavery, economic depression and World Wars have birthed a new generation that lacks drive and stamina, causing them heavy dependency on social systems, addicted to entertainment gaming and obsessive eating leading to obesity in america. This is outrageous, even, the medicine cabinets in some people's houses resembles a pharmacy, the school systems in poor neighborhoods are failing our children, physically, mentally and spiritually, then there's the increase of violence spreading like a disease throughout the world. Some of us! Find entertainment in the dysfunction of others, until it hits home and some are so greedy, they would sell there soul for fame and fortune.
The author of LOVE is Jesus Christ and I know it pains him to see his creation not functioning in its proper purpose and seeing it being replaced with counterfeit and imitation!

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,(Enduring offenses) kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.(Freedom) 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
